The FAMEX 5524 Japanese saw "Mini Ryoba" is designed for precision work. The blade of this fine-toothed saw is very thin and finely serrated. It is typically used for delicate tasks such as model making, instrument work, or picture framing. The extremely thin and flexible blade allows for flush cuts with ease. The blade features different teeth configurations (ultra-fine 25 teeth per inch and fine 19 teeth per inch).
The Pull-Saw System:
The Ryoba Japanese saw operates with pulling movements. Unlike European saws, which are used with pushing motions, pulling the saw gives you more control. The blade is also extremely thin and flexible, allowing for very fine and precise cuts.
The Blade:
Compared to European saw blades, the Mini Ryoba is much thinner and more flexible. This ensures clean, efficient, and fast cuts while requiring minimal effort. The extremely sharp teeth ensure smooth cuts without binding. The blade is made of high-quality carbon steel with a chrome-plated surface, and the teeth are electronically impulse-hardened for longer durability.
Special Teeth Configuration:
The three cutting edges of the "SHARK" teeth are extremely sharp, reducing the chances of frayed edges. The fine teeth (25 and 19 per inch) ensure a precise, clean cut.
